Late Summer Colours - Large Casserole

Inspired by the colours of the Cornish fields and hedgerows as Summer turns to Autumn. The glaze reflects the pinks of Campion, the greens and shades of brown and tan of the sun dried grasses, the blues and golds of the sandy beaches under endless clear skies.
This large casserole is 22cm in diameter, the dish is a little under 8cm in height and with it's lid on, it stands at 14cm.
